EI Advanced Bridge Program CFE

Are you ready to deepen your skills, meet Colorado’s requirements, and strengthen your facilitation practice as this field evolves? Reserve your spot in our next Bridge Program, beginning the third weekend of January 2026.

 This Advanced Bridge Program CFE supports practitioners in meeting Colorado’s requirements, exploring current developments in the field, and strengthening their skills within a connected, multi-state community of facilitators. 

You'll Learn About:

  • Supporting clients navigating suicidality with clear protocols, scope-of-practice boundaries, and referral pathways
     
  • Working with terminally ill clients and providing grounded, compassionate end-of-life support
     
  • Understanding Colorado psilocybin laws and rules, including facilitator responsibilities and compliance requirements
     
  • Completing Colorado state paperwork, documentation standards, and session reporting
     
  • Exploring cultural humility and cultural appropriation, and the importance of respectful cross-cultural awareness
     
  • Bridging ancestral wisdom and modern neuroscience in a way that honors lineage and supports integrative practice
     
  • Strengthening real-world coaching tools for preparation and integration sessions
     
  • Deepening the non-directive approach and learning how to apply it safely
     
  • Trauma informed care and how these principles shape safe, ethical facilitation
     
  • Ethical decision making, scope-of-practice limits, and recognizing when to refer out
     

What to Expect

This 25-hour program is designed to fit into your life without sacrificing depth or quality.

You’ll receive:

  • 12.5 hours of self paced coursework to be completed before the in person component
     
  • A 12.5-hour weekend intensive live via zoom on January 17-18, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST (Hour lunch break included)
     

Throughout this program, you’ll complete 12.5 hours of self-paced study before joining a live intensive led by Coeli, our director and lead instructor. This format supports you in arriving prepared, engaged, and ready to deepen your understanding of Colorado’s standards. You’ll integrate new insights into your existing practice, strengthen key facilitation skills, and connect with others in Colorado’s growing natural medicine community.

  • $2,200 – In-person weekend intensive or remote livestream.

Who Is This For?

This program is designed for individuals seeking licensure in Colorado who meet any of the following criteria:


  • You graduated from a HECC-licensed Oregon program but were never licensed in Oregon
     
  • You were previously licensed in Oregon but are no longer active
     
  • You have been licensed in Oregon for under one year
     
  • You are a legacy facilitator with 100+ hours of facilitation experience and want to become licensed
     
  • You completed a 120-hour HECC-licensed training and need the additional 30 hours of education to qualify for Colorado’s 150-hour CFE requirement
