As a newcomer to the world of facilitated journeying, I feel fortunate to have found the Entheogen Institute. Studying with Coeli often felt like playing jazz music. Like jazz, there was always a planned progression but as the class progressed, exploration was encouraged and class maneuvered to accommodate the needs of our cohort. We wove in and out of course topics, adapting to curiosities as they arose. The inclusion of some amazing guest teachers opened my eyes to new modalities that I look forward to exploring further. Psychedelic Facilitation is both art and science and was treated as such; class often seemed to be simultaneously both sanctuary and laboratory. The presentation of subject matter inspired confidence in the industry, in our cohort, and in ourselves.

As a recent graduate of the Entheogen Institute in Ashland, Oregon, and under the nurturing guidance of the visionary Director, Coeli Dwivedi, this 16-week journey toward becoming a licensed Psilocybin facilitator went beyond just an educational pursuit, it was an odyssey of self-discovery. Within this supportive container and a meticulously structured cohort and practicum, we embarked on a profound journey, immersing ourselves in the ancient wisdom of Indigenous people and psilocybin mushrooms, the resurgence of psychedelics, and the cutting-edge research regarding the benefits of psilocybin therapy. Within the framework of non-direct facilitation, empathic abiding presence, and harm reduction, I received an indelible foundation that strengthened my confidence in the intelligence of my inner healing and unique qualities as a facilitator. Surrounded by kindred spirits who generously opened their hearts to share profound moments of insight and revelation, I experienced an awakening that can only be described as coming home within myself. I am profoundly grateful to Coeli and the Entheogen Institute for the tapestry of knowledge, experiences, and connections this cohort has provided me, and it is with deep reverence that I move forward in my practice as a facilitator and a steward of psilocybin therapy on this new illuminated path of healing and growth.

The Entheogen institute is an expertly informed facilitator training program. They are very ethically aware and inclusive. The Entheogen institute has been working in this space for an extended time and has impactful insights in best practices towards building a container to support client’s healing experiences.
I have been able to enter this new field since graduation feeling confident using the skills I learned. The expert education at Entheogen Institute has not only provided me tools to help others but I gained much personal growth through their program as well.
I had a powerful and bonding practicum experience where we practiced real life psilocybin facilitation with our cohort of students. The curriculum prepared me to pass the state facilitator exam the first time and to submit all the required documents so that I was licensed upon graduation.
I was part of the Synthesis Institute when they “paused” all their programs for a tumultuous change of ownership. Luckily the Entheogen Institute was onboarding their first cohort and I was able to slip in. I truly believe in synchronicity and that the universe had a different plan for me and I am grateful. Coeli is a very empathetic leader who always allowed room for me to speak my truth. She was reliably present to listen and support me through some difficult times in order to succeed in this space.
I highly recommend the Entheogen Institute facilitator program for anyone interested in this field. They will not disappoint!
