New cycle beginning April 27th, 2026!
Our story began in Oregon, where we became one of the first state-licensed training programs in the country. As the field expanded, so did we. Today, our curriculum is licensed in Oregon and approved in Colorado, reflecting years of refinement, observation, and commitment to doing this work responsibly.
The Mastery Track is the program we built for practitioners who don’t want shortcuts or accelerated learning. It is the full expression of everything we believe creates a truly skilled facilitator: time, integration, repetition, mentorship, and the space for knowledge to settle into the body. This nine-month pathway includes our full reading list, a 200 hour training program, and support that allows the material to become lived wisdom.
This is not a rushed program. It’s a slow, layered, embodied approach to learning. For students who want to integrate the material as they go, and who want to grow into the kind of presence required for high-level facilitation, the Mastery Track offers our most comprehensive and transformative training experience.

Our Mastery Track follows a HECC licensed, OPS and DORA approved curriculum designed for practitioners who want to work at the highest level. You’ll train in advanced facilitation, ethics, trauma awareness, preparation, and integration with a depth that prepares you for real-world practice.
You’ll meet weekly for live, fully synchronous classes on Zoom, building competency through consistent engagement, discussion, and skill development. Over nine months, you’ll move through 200 hours of structured training that supports steady growth.
Your training includes a high quality practicum designed to help you apply your skills with confidence. Under faculty guidance, you’ll practice preparation, facilitation, and integration in a way that mirrors real professional work.
Mastery students receive two private consultation sessions with Coeli and have ongoing access to faculty office hours after class. This offers guidance, clarity, and support as you integrate the material and refine your facilitation approach.
After completing the program, you’ll receive forty hours of post-graduate group consultation. This gives you a structured, supportive space to navigate the early stages of your professional journey.
The Mastery Track is designed for students who want to embody this work as they learn. With immersive training, mentorship, community, and real-world application, you’ll graduate prepared for licensure in Oregon and Colorado and ready to confidently support others.
Our curriculum is designed to create safe, responsible, and effective facilitators. We weave Internal Family Systems, ethics, and the non-directive approach into every stage of training, so these principles are not just covered once, but practiced continuously. This ensures that by the time you graduate, they are part of how you naturally show up with clients.
Our program uses a circular model that allows you to start when you are ready. Instead of waiting months for a new cohort to launch, you can step in at the next available module and move forward with a group of peers.
EI Is proud to host a lineup of incredible guest instructors. These include specialists in neuroscience, trauma, cultural humility, and integration practices. Each instructor brings their own expertise, which adds depth and dimension to your learning experience. Students often tell us that the variety of voices and perspectives was one of the highlights of the training.
